Dear friends, We are back in the US and getting settled into the missionary home at Four Brooks (Bucks County PA). The transition out of France was quite trying. How could we have ever accumulated so much paperwork – all of which had to be sorted and much of it destroyed!! The sale of our house went smoothly and a dear French pastor and his wife welcomed us generously into their home for our last two weeks in France. We arrived in the US on Sept. 10 and shortly after that our shipment arrived safely in the US with no apparent damage. We are very, very thankful for that. We have used the time since arriving to get settled, get a car, insurance and the other necessities of living in a new area. We also enjoyed being part of family events again: a wedding in South Dakota, Jonathan joining his church in Maryland, and the baptism of our twin grandsons in Nevada (photo below). How special! So, we have already spent a good bit of our time back in the States traveling. In the past two weeks, we were also able to participate in Reformed Episcopal synod meetings in Texas and speak at one of our supporting churches in Maryland. Thank you for your prayers for us during these past two months. The transition has not been easy, but it is moving along. Please don’t forget to pray for our churches in France. We are presently filling up our speaking schedule for the coming months. Please contact us by phone or email (see below) to set a date. We are available for small-group meetings and dinners as well as for Sunday services. If we can be of help to you for training in inter-cultural awareness, we would also like to make our experiences and insights available in that area. We will continue to appreciate your prayers as we weigh our next steps in ministry. We already have a couple of overseas possibilities for the coming year to consider. We do want to use our capacities to continue building the Church of Jesus Christ worldwide. Here is our present contact information:
