So much for which to be thankful!!

As you will see in the attached letter, that phrase is the theme of the printed newsletter that we are sending out to our Global Outreach Mission mailing list. It reviews the past year as well as announces projects for the coming months. Since many of you are not on the postal list, we are sending you a copy of that letter.

Jonathan and Sara’s wedding this last weekend was a marvelous event. Much joy was shared all around! It was also a special time for us as this was the first time we were able to get all of our grandchildren together. Having everyone, including 5 children ages 3 and under, in the same house for 6 days was perhaps a study in controlled chaos, but we loved it!! We are attaching a couple of pictures. (see below)

Now we are on our way to Europe and Africa. We leave PA this weekend to drive out to Chicago. We fly from there next Thursday evening, October 14. The details of our time overseas and some motivating new projects for next spring are described in the attached letter. The needs are abundant, and we are pleased to be able to help with some of them in various places. Please do pray for us and for those to whom we will be ministering. We so need your partnership!
